3. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email within 24 hours

Payment Terms

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation by Bon Travels

• We may cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Appropriate visas and travel permits
• Required vaccinations and health certificates
• Travel insurance coverage
• Compliance with destination country requirements

Bon Travels provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bon Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. Our liability is limited as follows:

Service Provider Responsibility

• Airlines, hotels, and other suppliers are responsible for their services
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service quality issues
• Claims should be directed to the appropriate service provider

Maximum Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Force majeure events are excluded from our liability
